The future of the BBC licence fee

Iplayer has enabled audiences to watch shows on catch up, revolution ing the way British audiences access and consume BBC shows. However, it becomes harder to enforce the licence fee because of technological convergence as we watch TV on a variety of devices. It is no longer necessary to have a TV.
